"I was there recently for my yearly mammogram. Keep in mind no one enjoys coming in for their mammogram but you all managed to make a difficult moment easier. The technician that helped me, Yvonne was great, very professional, but also friendly and warm. Being able to go from mammogram to ultrasound to needle aspiration in one fell swoop was not only one stop shopping, but also it took a frightening situation and brought it to resolution in a two-hour time frame. This is a high standard of care! A big shout out to you all for making the care women receive in the seacoast - professional, kind, proactive, preventative and compassionate!"

"A dear friend of mine called me to tell me he was in the ER at York Hospital. The doctor spoke to me on the phone to reassure me that although he had a GI bleed, he was stable and being admitted to the ICU. I arrived at York Hospital in the afternoon. I must tell you about the wonderful care my friend received and hope you will share my remarks! I am a nurse. I have been a patient, and sat with loved ones during hospitalizations in the past. I tend to be critical, as most nurses are! From the ER to the ICU to the GI team, my friend's care was thorough, complete, compassionate and skillful. I was also treated with respect and caring. I knew without a doubt I was leaving him in good hands! Your nurses gave the kind of bedside care we learned to give so many years ago. The staff at the front desk and the cafeteria were cheerful, helpful and clearly knowledgeable of good customer service. My friend and I both feel fortunate that he received excellent care at your hospital. Certainly, the staff at York Hospital is one to be proud of and congratulated. Thanks to all!"
