York Hospital offers superb care to patients and families. Nowhere is that more evident than in how patients rate the services we provide.
- On an annual basis we send more than 90,000 surveys to help us assess how we are doing. Our return rate is about 10%, and we report on patient's comments on a monthly basis.
- Our goal is to have at least 80% of our patients rate their experience as not just satisfactory, but EXCEPTIONAL! Here is a look at the most recent collected data, representing approximately 3,600 responses.
