How to Refer to Heart Health Care - Wells

To Refer for Cardiac Diagnostic Services:

• Call 207-351-2424 to schedule the test of your choice.
  (All tests can be ordered from primary care offices with or without a cardiology consult.)

• Patients can refer to the Patient Testing Instructions Form form, What is a Nuclear Stress Test? form and Directions to Wells Regional Medical Cardiology.

Test Results:

1. Tests are read and interpreted by Board Certified Cardiologists from Seacoast Cardiology Associates in York, Maine.

2. Depending on the test, results are available to your office in one to three days.  In the setting of an abnormal test, your office will be contacted sooner.
