Need help with behavioral health? Laura Henckler, LCSW is onsite and available to assist with behavioral, stress or emotional concerns that may be affecting your overall health.  She is also available to provide support around anger, grief, anxiety, depression, and more.  A behavioral health specialist works with your primary care provider to give you a wider perspective on your health.  Along with emotional support, they aid with lifestyle changes such as weight, exercise, smoking and alcohol use as well as to reduce symptoms associated with many health concerns, including headaches, sleep issues, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, obesity, chronic pain, or gastrointestinal concerns.  For more information, talk to your primary care provider.

Need help with weight loss or nutrition?  Many things affect our weight and healthy living: quality and quantity of foods, stress level, amount of sleep each night and exercise.  To help guide you, Registered Dietitian Megan Patten, MS, RD, LD is now available as part of your York Family Practice team.  She offers nutrition counseling and education for you and your family. She is also available to meet and develop a personalized weight loss plan that works for you!   For your convenience, all clients are seen at the offices of York Family Practice.  For more information, talk to your primary care provider today!
