Choose To Be Healthy Coalition


The Choose To Be Healthy Coalition at York Hospital supports community health in southern York County, Maine through local, state and federal grants to prevent youth substance use.

Coalition members and partners include schools, law enforcement, town officials, parents, youth, health care providers, businesses and individuals. CTBH staff and members use data and evidence based prevention strategies to create, support and sustain alcohol and drug free environments that promote healthy youth.
