• Please note that York Hospital switched to a new computerized information system hospital-wide on November 1, 2009. This did affect the ability for patients who have been utilizing our online bill payment service to view or pay bills online.
• All users will now have to re-enroll in the system.   There is no cost to re-enroll, and the process should only take a few moments to complete. Please bear with us over the next several weeks as we transition through this change.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
• For more information, please e-mail patientbilling@yorkhospital.com or call (207) 351-2398. 
• Please note, when enrolling, the billing account number you are accustomed to will change and will no longer have the letter “A” at the beginning and will have an additional 4 digits at the end. You will need to use this new account number when re-enrolling. For example: 0123456789-0001. The dash (-) will also need to be entered when enrolling.
