A Safe Place shelter for battered women
Offers services, support and shelter for battered women and their children. Offers ongoing support groups in Portsmouth, Dover, and Salem NH for those who have experienced or are currently experiencing physical or emotional abuse from a partner. Alzheimers Support Group at York Hospital

Ostomy Support Group
York Hospital is pleased to offer a support group for ostomy patients, which combines teaching with active participation. The group meets every other month on the 2nd Sunday (September, November, January, March, May, July) from 2:00-4:00 PM. Overeaters Anonymous

Parkinson’s Support Group
This group provides information, education and mutual support to those with Parkinson’s and those who care for someone with the disease. Stroke Support Group

Widowed Guidance Group
Widowed Guidance Group meets the 4th Saturday of each month from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM at York Hospital. Please ask for meeting location at the front desk. The group is facilitated by Louise Pike, along with Volunteer Coordinator, Angela Rines.
