The volunteers of Altrusa International of Seacoast, Maine have been very busy! In addition to their many area service projects and fundraising efforts, they recently took great care to ensure that our York Hospital caregivers weren’t hungry in between meals! As they delivered hundreds of snack bags loaded with both sweet and savory delights, “oohs and aahs” could be heard echoing through the halls of York Hospital! To top it off, a special shout out to Lindt of Stratham, NH for donating their famed Lindor chocolate truffles to the bags. We’re pretty sure those were the first pick after YH staff opened their bags! Thank you Altrusa—your “four-vehicle delivery” brought many smiles to the faces of many caregivers!
