Care to Share.
You are welcome to contact York Hospital several ways…
Talk to someone about your experience
We have a dedicated toll-free line for your questions, comments or concerns at 1 (866) PHONE-YH (1-866-746-6394). This phone line is maintained through York Hospital’s President/CEO’s office so you can be assured it will be followed up on immediately!
Leave us a “Care to Share” phone message!
We invite you to call our “Care to Share” telephone line at any time to share your patient story experience. Good or bad, complaint or compliment, we invite you to tell us in your own voice about your experience at any York Hospital service or community site. Simply dial the toll-free, 24-hour phone line at 1 (866) 851-7479 and leave your message when prompted.
- Who will listen? Your message will be listened to by the hospital’s Leadership team and staff from the area in which you received services.
- Will the message be anonymous? This service is as anonymous as you would like it to be. If you wish to leave your name, you may do so, but it is not required. Your message will be recorded and saved in our Administration office for internal use.
- Is there an option to re-record? Yes! If you are unhappy with your message, feel as though you missed something, or your story wasn’t quite the way you wanted, no problem! You’ll have the opportunity to listen and re-record until it’s exactly what you’d like for others to hear.
- Will my story get cut off? We love it when you have a lot to say, that’s why our system’s time limit is set at 15 minutes. Feel free to be as brief or as detailed as you please!
