The York Hospital Leadership Group and Board of Trustees are committed to the hospital’s long-term success in order to support the communities we serve and provide the highest quality, innovative, compassionate health care far into the future. We are currently living in a time of tremendous change and adaptation. To continue to provide the best care for our patients, several service changes have recently been announced.

  • The Berwick Pharmacy will close on June 30th. Prescriptions will automatically be transferred to the nearby CVS in Somersworth, NH so that our patients will continue to have access to local prescription services. York Hospital is working with all its Berwick Pharmacy patients to ensure a seamless and positive transition in their prescription care. Berwick Walk-In Care services, including lab and x-ray, remain open and available to serve our patients and community members.
  • Community Fitness memberships and programming at the Living Well Center in York, which have been suspended during the pandemic, will not resume, in order to minimize ongoing exposure risk to our populations with higher vulnerabilities. We will assist fitness members in seeking alternative local fitness resources. Our grant-supported oncology programs and support groups, as well as cardiopulmonary rehab programming, will continue to take place at the Living Well Center.

We strongly value the relationships that we have built with our pharmacy customers, the Berwick community, our Living Well Center fitness members and the York community over the years. We are grateful for our patients’ and members’ support and look forward to providing assistance as needed to ensure continuity of care.
