1652 Community Dinner to Benefit York Hospital House Calls and Hancock Fund for Healthy Aging

Join us on Wednesday, March 20 at 1652 Restaurant from 4p to 9p, at One Ocean Avenue, York Beach, for a three course Italian dinner to benefit the House Calls program at York Hospital, supported by The Hancock Family Fund for Healthy Aging!

Nurse Practitioner Erin Morgan and Director of Rehab Services Katie Dodge, will be on hand to share information about the House Calls program throughout the evening.
Guests may enjoy an authentic Italian three course meal—including an appetizer, entrée and dessert for $25 per person.

Working closely with a patient’s primary care physician, Nurse Practitioner Erin Morgan has the expertise to diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases; perform blood tests and interpret lab results; and prescribe and manage medications and other therapies. Together, they assess and manage health needs that may be safely managed at home until a patient has stabilized and is able to return for visits to their doctor’s office. This new program is offered to adults age 65+ who live in Maine.
