Nelson Linscott, “Fog”
We are pleased to announce the latest in York Hospital’s 2023 cafeteria and online art gallery series. Photographs by Kittery resident Nelson Linscott offer interesting perspectives on what many may recognize as familiar scenes. The works of art in this installation will be on view in the York Hospital cafeteria through September (open Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) and also in our online gallery (open 24/7 with internet access).
Linscott says that he first became interested in photography in 1973 when he was in the army and had access to a darkroom. After that, though, he did not pick up a camera for more than 30 years.
