We want to alert all community members that phones are currently down at York Hospital’s main campus and all community sites due to a network router problem at Consolidated Communications affecting the town of York. Internal communication at York Hospital remains active. We are working on alternative communication for all sites and will provide new information as it becomes available.
If you need to reach the Emergency Department or a family member who is an inpatient, you may call (207) 351-6638 in the interim.
Patients needing to reach York Hospital practices may use their patient portals for messaging as our staff will be checking those more frequently than usual.
Additionally, we are in the process of setting up separate phone lines for our services and practices. When those become available, we will post an update on our website and social media channels.
