Since March 2020, York Hospital has followed CDC guidelines and best practices in response to COVID and other respiratory illnesses. Hospitals across Maine have adopted department- and service-specific procedures and guidelines as respiratory illness positivity and transmission rates increase. York Hospital strives to keep our patients, staff, and communities safe and healthy. As we implement these changes, each of our locations and campuses may look a little different in their specific masking and visitor requirements.
