Contributions to the York Hospital Annual Fund support vital ongoing operations, including programs and equipment at York Hospital and its offsite facilities in York, Wells, Kittery, Berwick, and South Berwick, Maine.

For Every Patient
York Hospital has embarked on a $17 million capital project to expand and renovate the Surgery Center, construct a dedicated helipad for emergency patient transport and convert semi-private patient rooms to private. In support of this major project, we kicked off the For Every Patient Campaign in November 2008 to raise $7 million in community support. To date, thanks to the support of many, we have raised close to $3.5 million.

Gifts in memoriam/honor/celebration
- In memoriam: The loss of a loved one, friend or colleague often inspires us to ensure their memory lives on. Many people find supporting York Hospital is an ideal way to honor someone who has passed away. Gifts made “in memoriam” offer a lasting tribute to a loved one while providing family and friends satisfaction of knowing they have helped others.
- In honor: Sometimes words are simply not enough to thank someone who has helped you during a hospital stay or difficult time. Gifts made “in honor” recognize the outstanding contributions made by our doctors, nurses and other staff members or volunteers. It's a lasting gift that will surely brighten someone's day.
