Our primary care and family care providers are qualified specialists who are board-certified in family care or internal medicine. Many have cared for patients in the area for over 25 years. In addition to their extraordinary medical knowledge, our providers are attentive listeners to patients’ concerns, are nonjudgmental, and have positive attitudes that are essential in developing strong provider-patient relationships.

Getting the care you need just got easier! We’re pleased to share that York Hospital primary care practices offer same-day appointments for established patients who need follow-up or urgent care. Please call ahead to book your visit.

For more complex visits—such as annual physicals or new patient appointments—we’ll do our best to schedule you as soon as possible.

Why do you need a primary care provider?

Patients who see a primary care provider are generally healthier than those who do not, as our providers are able to familiarize themselves with your unique and changing health needs, providing a continuity of care. They dedicate their time to their patients and will refer you to expert specialists in any discipline when needed; their primary concern is your care.
