Flu season is almost here! See below for information on upcoming Flu Vaccine Clinics exclusively for York Hospital patients at Kittery Family Practice.

Adult Flu Vaccine Clinics 

• When: Fridays, Sept. 26 and Oct. 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Where: Kittery Family Practice, 35 Walker Street, Suite 200, Kittery
• Who: York Hospital patients only, ages 18 and older.
• How: Patients MUST call (207) 439-4430 to make an appointment.
• Reminder: Bring your insurance cards!

Infant/Child Flu Vaccine Clinic

• When: Monday, Oct. 6, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Where: Kittery Family Practice, 35 Walker Street, Suite 200, Kittery
• Who: This clinic is for infant and child patients of Kittery Family Practice only.
• How: Parents MUST call (207) 439-4430 to make an appointment.
• Reminder: Bring your insurance cards!
