2025 Thanksgiving Hours at York Hospital Community Locations

We wish everybody a safe and healthy Thanksgiving holiday. Please be advised that all York Hospital provider practices will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025. York Hospital community sites will have adjusted holiday hours as shown below. 

THANKSGIVING DAY (Thursday, November 27) 

OPEN:
York Emergency Department, 24/7
Wells Emergency Department, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Wells Oncology, 8:30 a.m.  – 5 p.m. (limited service for urgent needs only, no regular appointments)

CLOSED:
All other services will be closed.


DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING (Friday, November 28)

OPEN:
York Emergency Department, 24/7
Wells Emergency Department and Walk-In Care, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.

York Walk-In Care, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Berwick Walk-In Care, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Sanford Walk-In Care, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Outpatient Lab, Kittery, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Outpatient Lab, Sanford, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Apothecary, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. (no deliveries)

All provider practices will be open as usual. (Please note: the Sanford Family Practice office will NOT be open; however, patients can call and speak with a triage nurse or patient representative. Sanford Walk-In Care will be open from 8 am. – 6 p.m )

 All other medical offices will be open as usual.

Please note that ALL services will resume regular hours on Monday, December 2.

For emergent needs, the Emergency Department on the Main Campus in York is open 24/7.
