Scam Alert

We’ve recently been informed that some of our patients have received fraudulent phone calls from scammers pretending to be associated with York Hospital’s provider practices. These scammers may claim that one of our health care providers has recommended you purchase a medical brace or other equipment, which will be billed to Medicare.

If you receive such a call, do not engage with the caller. Simply hang up. These fraudulent activities are part of a nationwide scam that targets unsuspecting individuals.
