York Hospital and York Public Library to Host Period Prep Party on Sept. 30

Periods don't have to be awkward. Join York Hospital and York Public Library for a Period Prep Party on Wednesday, Sept. 30. Lauren Buoncristiano, APRN-CNP, and Nicole Lessard, PA-C, of Pediatric Associates of York Hospital, will help girls ages 8 to 14 and their caregivers navigate questions and concerns in a supportive, welcoming environment. Participants will also decorate a take-home power pouch, with all supplies provided. Registration is required. Sign up on the library's website.
